The products are not suitable for non smokers or persons who are allergic to nicotine or nicotine based products, nor persons who suffer from heart disease and/or high blood pressure or pregnant women.
E Cigarettes come with a 3 month warranty on the battery and charger, 1 month for the atomizer. Atomizers and batteries are made to the highest quality; however, if used incorrectly performance may deteriorate. Many users of electronic cigarettes carry spare atomizers and batteries. Rechargeable batteries contain micro-electronic circuitry and micro-processors and should be stored carefully. It is not advisable to keep them beside metallic or magnetized objects.
Stock held & dispatched in Canada all e -cigarettes kits and e-liquids are sent by recorded delivery. Items are shipped within 1-3 working days when in stock. For international orders delivery time should be between 5-10 working days.
Customers can send back the product within 7 days with information of reason for return (postal costs played by customer). A refund can be issued after the product is fully checked by us and if found to be at fault. The product must be in original condition unused, unopened and with original parts intact.

Undelivered or lost items.
If for some reason your items are not delivered by Canada Post after 15 days and are confirmed as lost, we can make a claim on your behalf. After Canada Post contact you to confirm non-delivery we can then send the items again, or issue a full refund. When returning items, it is advisable to use suitable packaging and obtain proof of postage as we will not be held responsible for goods lost in the post or provide exchanges for items claimed lost in the post.
